The journal was published by VGTU Press till March 2018 (Vol. 13, Issue 1). Starting from June 2018 (Vol. 13, No. 2) journal is published by Riga Technical University Press.

In years starting from 2006 until 2017 (including 2017, vol. 12, No. 4 issue) copyright was held by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Press. Starting from the BJRBE 2018, vol. 13, No. 1 issue copyright is held by the authors.
